Each project is designed with close attention to detail, managed and implemented with great care. We work with craftsmen and bespoke furniture makers as required, to create seamless well executed and beautifully finished projects, delivered on time & on budget. Working primarily in and around Leicester and the home counties, on schemes that range from small intimate spaces to large renovations and refurbishment projects. Our in house designer works closely with each client to ensure a mutual understanding at every stage of the project.
Since Maison Interiors was founded we have been committed to delivering exceptional, comfortable and individual homes that give enduring pleasure. Our associate designer will lead your project from a planning and creative point of view, she will assist with visuals, budget and project management.
DISCOVERY
Each project starts with an initial consultation with the client, in store or at home. This is an initial opportunity to discuss the project in detail and take your brief...
During the discovery meeting we learn about your personality, style and individual lifestyle, tastes and aspirations - in essence, to learn what is important to you in creating the new scheme so that the finished project is a true reflection of you.
This is also an opportunity to ensure that any issues are identified and discussed before work commences on the project. We'd also discuss outline budgets and time scale so that the project can progress smoothly.
CONCEPT
In response to the your brief, a concept scheme is created for your discussion. This will be presented in the form of draft layouts showing space utilisation and furniture layouts...
We produce mood boards to demonstrate colour schemes, wall and window treatments along with options for flooring, fabrics & finishes. At this stage we produce a draft cost plan which includes the provisional design fee- this fee is deductible once spending on your decor at Maison Interiors. *
DESIGN DETAIL
Once all elements in the concept design are agreed, you'll receive a personalised 'shopping list' complete with all the dimensions, descriptions and prices of each item for your home...
This gives you the freedom and option to order what you want, when you want. Whether you'd prefer to shop room by room or all in one go, you choose what works best based on your plans and what works for you and your lifestyle.
The process and timescale of the project is completely up to you, simply let us know how you'd like it to go and we'll take care of the rest.
We understand that life gets busy, and sometimes the thought of a project going on in your home can feel overwhelming...
You can choose to have us arrange everything for you, from organising furniture delivery times, to providing you with a schedule of works, and keeping tradesmen organised. We're here to ensure your project runs smoothly, and are on-hand to take charge of any unexpected events. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and admire your beautiful home.
DRESSING & HANDOVER
With construction and decoration completed we will then co-ordinate the delivery and positioning of all furniture and furnishings...
We often curate artwork and home accessories at this stage as well, to create the finished look, or we can dress your new interior with your existing treasures, to give each room your own personal stamp.
